At Circle of Seven Ranch, we've thoughtfully included amenities, conveniences, and special extras in your venue rental to help make planning easier and your event more enjoyable. From essential items like tables and chairs to our complimentary Borrow Closet filled with helpful extras, we've taken care of some of the little things so you can focus on what matters most — celebrating your special day!
The Venue
Includes our bridal suite, groom's suite (the Hideout) and venue grounds
You have access as early as 9am to get ready and start decorating on your wedding day.

The Bridal Suite
includes Full Bathroom & Bridal Kitchen
You have access from 9am to the end of your cleanup time to your bridal suite and kitchen. We stock the bridal suite bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels and toiletries. The bridal suite kitchen includes dinnerware, paper towels, napkins and trash bags for your bridal party.

The Groom's Suite
The Hideout- Man Cave with a Full Bathroom
You have access as early as 9am. The Hideout include games like ping-pong, cornhole, basketball, darts, air hockey and foosball. The dressing room includes a tv and a full bathroom. Towels and toiletries are provided. Once your event begins, guests should move to the venue or venue grounds.

Reception Tables & Chairs
Includes Set-up (linens and decor shown are not included)
Inside our venue, we will set up Chiavari chairs and 6-foot round tables for your guests. We have a rustic table and wicker chairs for your sweetheart table and numerous 8-foot rectangular, 6-foot rectangular and 4-foot wooden tables available for your use.

Sweetheart Table Area
Rustic table, wicker chairs, whiskey barrels, drapery, string lighting & chandelier
Other than the decor on the sweetheart table, this is the basic set-up for your sweetheart table.

White garden chairs will be set-up for you on the day of your wedding.

Borrow Closet
From Past Weddings for Future Brides
Lanterns, flowers, greenery, candles, candle sticks, pedestals, easels, baskets, vases, signage, wood rounds, room dividers and a cart are among the items available for your use. Inventory may change.

The Cross
Drapery and decor not included
A past couple generously left us a cross that can be used for your ceremony. We just ask for help to setup and take down the cross. Note; Our current cross is dark brown.
Security
Pre-paid & scheduled
For your peace of mind, we include & schedule security based on your final timeline. We are proud to have retired Fort Bend Sheriff, Lowell Gage, as our primary security officer. Everyone loves Lowell/

Bridal or Engagement Photo Session
2 hour session
Schedule an appointment for either a 2-hour engagement or bridal session with guided access on the ranch grounds.
Longhorn Tour
Weather permitting
We can provide our brides 7 grooms a longhorn tour during your bridal or engagement shoot. Or either day on our Weekend at the Ranch weddings, or, for single day rentals, on your wedding day. Advanced notice is requested.

We are not a corporate venue with staff. You will work directly with us when you call, email, and tour. On your wedding day we will do our best to be available and working to represent and manage the venue.
