Vendor Policy Update

Planning a wedding should feel exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why we’ve put together a hand-picked list of vendors who know Circle of Seven Ranch—our layout, our flow, and the way we care for our couples. These are the caterers, photographers, florists, DJs, coordinators, bakers and HMUA who have served here before and delivered the kind of service we’re proud to stand behind.

Many of our couples choose to work with these trusted partners because it makes the process simpler and smoother. Instead of spending hours researching and wondering who to hire, you can lean on the professionals who already understand our space and share our commitment to taking great care of your day.

If you already have a vendor you love, you’re welcome to bring them. We simply charge a $200 administrative fee for the vetting process, and all outside vendors must provide liability insurance before the event.

Liability and Cancellation Requirement
