To Schedule a Tasting with Ben’s Chuck Wagon, please text him at 979-478-7538.

He offers tastings on Saturdays up until noon and weekdays until 6pm.

 

Ben's Chuck Wagon is located at 4104 Polak Rd, Wallis, TX.

For your tasting, you can choose up to 3 meats and 4 sides. Plan to go hungry!

Let Ben know your event will be at Circle of Seven Ranch.​

All meals are a served buffet. Non-sweetened tea and sweeteners will be provided as part of your buffet.

​

For your event, Ben’s Chuckwagon can provide disposable plates, cups and plasticware if notified.

Otherwise, please plan on providing plates, cups and utensils.​
